These terms govern the use of this website and professional B2B engineering consulting engagements with HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. Governing law: India. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru courts.

Nature of Services

HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. provides business-to-business (B2B) hardware engineering consulting services including but not limited to: power electronics architecture, EV charging system design, embedded systems development, PCB layout, and certification support. All engagements are professional service contracts between legal entities.

Engagement Terms

All consulting engagements are governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the parties. These Terms of Service govern general use of this website and initial enquiry submissions. No binding contractual obligation is created by submission of an enquiry form.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced under an engagement remain the property of HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received as specified in the applicable SOW. Client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed. Website content, design, and proprietary methodologies remain the sole property of HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all technical, commercial, and strategic information exchanged during an engagement as confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request prior to detailed technical discussions. Contact [email protected] to initiate.

Limitation of Liability

HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the value of fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.

Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with professional engineering standards. We do not warrant that any specific regulatory approval or certification outcome will be achieved, as these remain subject to the independent decisions of regulatory bodies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all engagements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Amendments

HayimHardy Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
